Francois Rossouw De Villiers

Founder
The Founder of De Villiers Inc and now a Consultant to our firm, was admitted as an attorney in 1974. He obtained his B.Comm, B.Comm(Law) and B.Proc degrees from the Universities of Stellenbosch and UNISA, respectively. Francois is a specialist in the field of Property, Commercial, Liquidation and Company restructuring, Family law and has been a practicing attorney for in excess of 30 years

Michael Venter

Director
Michael Venter was admitted as an attorney in 1988. He is a graduate of the University of Port Elizabeth where he obtained his BComm (LLB) degree. Mike heads up the Commercial and Litigation Department. He also specialises in Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Property Development Law and High Court Litigation.

Michael Von Benecke

Director
Michael Von Benecke was admitted as an attorney in 1997, Conveyancer in 2006 and a Notary Public in 2008. He attended the University of Port Elizabeth where he graduated with a B Juris (LLB) Michael heads up the firm’s Conveyacing Department & Notarial Practice. He also has extensive experience in, Liquidation & Insolvency matters.

The firm is supported by a dedicated administrative staff, most of who have been with the firm since 1995. At present, the firm employs an administrative staff of 5 personnel Our team is complemented by Michelle Von Benecke, who is a conveyancing paralegal with fourteen years experience in the field of property developments, transfers and bonds
